Create new Fixed IP UI fix ...

It is a little confusing when creating a fixed IP that it asks for a number 0-254 in isolation. It would be clearer if the 3 leading numbers preced the input box.
eg.
192.168.1.[ ]
(where the square brackets are the input box).
This will make it clearer (at least to me!?)
