Networking Aliases tab "edge case" bugs

- after create a new alias, the new alias button does not reappear
- (not sure this is an issue) -- can create different aliases with same IP address
- create a new alias then look at the details (there is an extra "stop" at the start of the IP address, eg. " .192.168.1.100"
